Electronic Surface Mount(SMT) Placement Technology
Hi-Tech Electronics has a wide range of flexible placement equipment capable of placing components from 0402 to multi-pin QFP.
The placement systems available can be rapidly reconfigured to manufacture PCB assemblies from 2" square up to 20" square and from simple circuit boards to high complexity double sided assemblies. Hi-Tech also utilizes extended input modules for added component placement for high mix electronic parts.

Using high-speed, precision pick & place machines, our surface mount technology (SMT) lines are capable of installing surface mounted devices (SMDs) from size 0402 to very fine pitch ICs (0.4 mm) as well as Quad Flat Packs(QFP) and LCC components.
